Giving a person a name is probably one of the most precious thing a person can experience. You will always be called that or have something to do with that. A name is one of the things that makes you unique from everyone else. I am blessed that my parents gave me a unique name. I feel bad for some people whose parents named them a basic name or a ugly name. Whenever I have kids I want them to have very unique names. I have met guys named Dalton but I have yet to meet a girl name Dalton. I love when girls have guys names but not when guys have girls names.
My first name came from the famous movie , Roadhouse. My dad thought the name was very unique and loved how he played the role in that movie. It sounds dumb but I love my name. Also I researched and found that Dalton was the number one baby name in 1999. I was born in 1998 so it makes sense. I have all sisters and I was my parents last baby so my dad got to chose my name. Part of me thinks he wanted a boy so the closest thing he could get from me is having a boys name.
Sometimes I don't like having a boy name because when someone hears my name , they automatically think a boy. Like if I get a new friend and they ask their parents "can dalton stay?", they say no at first because they think I am a boy. Then I also have the pros where everyone says the name is unique for a girl. I think the name Dalton fits me so good. It's a calm name but it is also a bammmm name. My middle name is Paige, which my sister just picked that because she liked it. My name flows together so well. Dalton Paige Heron .👽👽👽👽👽
